2005 chevy malibu cd player says "no disk"

i was playing a cd and the player stoped and my info planel said "no disk". i tried to eject the disk with out any luck. what can i do

I am sorry tot say you are going to have to take the unit out and take it apart from the top to get your disk out. It sounds like the reader is broken, damaged or dirty. 1st step would be to remove unit, then dismantle and get your disk out. Then put the power wire to your battery exteranlly so you don't have to pull it in and out of dash. Try running a lens cleaning disc in it. If that gets stuck or does not work. Time for replacement.
