98 ford ranger radio died

I had to move factory radio/cd and trim out about 2 inches to replace a dash lightbulb and the radio and clock haven't worked since. I then took it out all the way out to check for the problem and found nothing wrong. Any suggestions ?

Just a thought...
Did you check the fuse to see if it blew?.....
