I have an after market stereo (amp, subs, front and back speakers and head unit) and recently had been having problems with the stereo not producing sound after going around corners and over bumps, and now the stereo won't turn on at all. Before it was on but no sound would come out, now there is no power at all, what could it be?

Have you checked for powers and grounds at the back of the radio? It sounds like it could be a wiring problem if the your symptoms are showing up going over bumps and around corners. You should check all the wiring and make sure you don't have wiring that is chaffing on metal body parts. Also inspect the connections and splices that were made to install the radio to the factory wiring harness. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
