CONVEX STEREO GOING CARZY!!

I recently bought a second hand wagon R 2009 model and got a new CONVEX stereo with USB and FM installed. within a month it has started showing its colours. The songs appears and disappears from speakers, alternates btwn front and rear speakers, alternates btwn FM and USB and sometimes doest play at all although the system is on and the display is normal. Please help

if you ahd this installed by a shop it whould have a warrenty, i would take it back to them.
