Car radio replacement

Hello! I have a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. When I press the phone button on the radio receiver, It says "not equipped with u connect". How do I enable it? What parts do I need to do so? Is it cheaper to just get a whole new aftermarket receiver? Any help if greatly appreciated, thank you!

If it not equipped with the feature, then it simply isn't equipped. There is no enable.
