How to replace door speakers

I have a 2000 Honda Civic CX (just bought for $3200) 102k The speakers in the doors are shot and they need to be replaced, I took the cover off to expose the speaker and turned the nuts and the bolts turn also, I see only 3 screws in the same corner of the door but no more. How do i get this panel off so I can hold the bolt so i can take the nuts off?

Late - sorry and stereo is not my biz. If nuts spin on backside those speakers are not original,
