Need help on Car Audio

1995 Mazda Miata 1.8L engine about 150K mileage.
My car is hooked up with 2200watts amp and a 12" sub and changed the front speakers. Everything was working fine and when I had my clutch replaced, the car's sound system stopped working. I checked all the fuse, amp settings and radio settings even the speaker wires and everything is hooked up correctly and no blown fuse. I also checked the connections on the back of the radio if anything's lose but there isn't. I checked online and I'm thinking of it maybe have a bad ground wire. When I tried playing it in high volume, I can hear the subwoofer working and some heist but the volume has to be in high (almost to the max volume). It wasnt like that before. NEED HELP, tips or any suggestion. It's been a week driving without radio. PLEASE ..!!
