Radio 2003 Honda Accord

The display and radio stopped working in my 2003 Honda Accord. It will still eject CDs but thats it. Checked the fuse but that's fine. Any ideas?

If it still ejects, the power source to the unit is still good. I am thinking the unit itself may need replacing as there is no other solution to why it would not light up in display mode. If the power is still running to it, then it should be working. My suggestion is to replace head unit. There is nothing else i can think of to cause this but an internal fault.
