STEREO UPGRADE FORD KA MK2

Hi all 
I have just bought my first car and wanted to upgrade the stereo to something with carplay so it is hands-free. I have gotten the stereo and realise I am out of my depths. I believe I need a specific ISO adaptor and maybe a module for the reversing camera? 
Has anyone done this for a ford ka mk2 if so any tips on how to go about it?

? First car?? Leave it alone, hope and keep it to run well and really learn how to drive it.
If you want toys it didn't come with find things that just plug in power ports without invading on wiring of the car.
Not sold to the US isn't the point (this is US based) if you must consult a dealer that used to sell them new.
Just a friendly suggestion and can tell you're all exited to have a first car and change it,
