car radio won't turn on

Year: 2006 Toyota Tundra double cab V8
85,00 miles
Started car recently and radio would not turn on. A couple of days later the radio came on when I started the car but turned back off after about 10 seconds. Does this have to do with wiring or is the radio shot???

You'll have to get to the back of the radio and check for powers and grounds on the connector when the radio doesn't operate. If you have your powers and grounds, then there is something wrong inside the radio itself.
