Hi I have a JVC KD-C414 model CD receiver supporting MP3/WMA, bought in Japan. Recently it cannot read and play any CD or CD-R. The error messages are displayed "Mecha E9" and then "Please Eject". However a sound comes from the receiver that CD is turning inside. I tried to clean the lens using a lens cleaner CD, at the first time the cleaner CD worked, but when I put an audio CD nothing changed. When I put the cleaner cd second time, it did not work, too. How can I fix this problem? Can you please help me?

The sad thing with CD players is when the LENS reader or the laser inside goes, there is nothing you can do, except take it to an expert on electronics. But 90% of the time, it is cheaper to replace it outright. If it is the EYE (the reader) or the laser, you should replace unit, unless you can get warranty on it.
