pioneer DEH-P630. I have this radio in my boat. i just bought it 3 months ago to replace a 5 year old radio. i took the boat to a mechanic for regular service and got the boat back a week later and the radio does not work right. the face plate will only light up once in a while , eventhough the radio stays on. i can't adjust the radio volume, change the station or get it off xm onto radio or cd. i had the face plate in its case and in the glove box. Any help is great! thanks!

This sounds like a warranty thing at just three months old. They won't like hearing it if you put an automotive unit in a boat especially if in salt water! They do make stereos just for the harsh environment for boats. If a large boat and it's in an enclosed cabin I've gotten away with automotive stuff. I'll bet you could just swap it for a new one at its age, T
