03 ford focus lighting probs

Just bought a used focus 2 weeks ago. Now my dash lights and tail lights don't work. My signals and brake lights do. My fuses are good. I may have left the lights on (required in daytime for some roads), but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

If you have checked the fuses and they seem fine, then it is a short in the dash wire. Look under you dash and see if there is any wires that look stripped or out of place in your harness. If nothing there, then i dont know???
