106 gti central locking Sign In

Hello

I have a 1998 Peugeot 106 gti and I have a central locking problem.

Basically, when i press the fob to lock the vehicle the passenger lock goes down and you can hear the boot lock locking but the drivers side does not budge, which forces the others lock to bounce back up again.

I have changed the drivers side solenoid and door lock mechanism but this has not cured the problem. I have also checked the fuse's

Any help would be most appreciated

thanks

mark

Check if fitted the drivers side door switch is working and is turning off interior light.
Also check the wiring in the door is ok and where the wires go from the door into car can sometimes chaff or get water in connection
