1204A dill sensor issues

TPMs recently I had difficulty programming a sensor to a 2008 toyota camry. The car I was working on came in with no sensor and I had to install this one. I look at the new one and it has no printed sensor ID. from my experience I've only been able to program toyotas with sensors with id printed on them because my J-46079 reads a different id than printed(for toyota). My question is; Is this a normal occurance where there is a sensor id vs a frequency id? Or is it that my J-46079 is reading incorrectly? the 1204a sensor read the same id which it (not listed as ID it was just part of the part number) had printed on it, but the sensor we ordered to program the toyota(92-1187) read a different Id than that which was printed. Any help would be appreciated.
