Will a bad airbag control module (SRS) affect the horn working on a 1992 honda civic vx?

No but a bad clockspring in the steering column will cause a problem with both of them. If you have cruise control in the steering wheel also, see if that works. If not, the clockspring is bad. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
