1996 dodge STRATUS fuse/electrical ?

Hi All
I need advice on a blowing fuse...no.5...in the interior panel (power mirrors/ radio/ dome+map lights)
i left the windows open during a rain-shower...i think this may have introduced a short in the circuit.
the power mirror switches wont depress, the radio is powerless and so are the interior lamps
please help..

Hmmm: I think I'd give time to dry out if things are still wet and buy a bunch of correct fuses. Then I would try unplugging each device until the fuse doesn't blow and that's the one. You may end up using a bunch of fuses and it's not funny but that's just my shade tree approach to those problems and has worked.
There is equpment/tools to help that I never owned that can help, Good luck, T
