2002 Monte Carlo 3.4

2002 Chevy Monte Carlo 3.4 200k mileage My car will not start. I turn the key and it turns all the way but the engine will not catch. There is a clicking sound along with dash lights flickering, the more time that goes on the faster the flickering gets. My last mechanic said I needed a new battery so I got one, then I needed an alternator so I got one, and then a starter. After all that the car managed to start two good times before being parked and not starting again. My car belonged to my grandma so i dont want to think that the car itself is just dead and gone. The only electrical issues I’m aware of is the front power socket not working. That is it. The only recent work done I’ve had on the car is the exhaust system, starter, battery, alternator, and I’ve even tried to clean the battery terminals with baking soda and water. Can i fix this myself?
