So sometimes my headlights will go out for example if both headlights are on and I shut the car off at least one bulb will go off. Or if I blast the heat. Its not always the same bulb either sometimes the right one sometimes the left and sometimes both. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Also the lights are NOT stock they are HID's and not that old (6months) Thanks for any advice

Just some thoughts on this: Do these non OE bulbs state a temperature range for use? I really don't know if all replacements can handle colder temps. A MY 2004 is prime time for a weak battery if original - check and toss if dated about the age of the car - it's too old. Once that is known good check charging system - in order..... known good battery then the charging system check, T

HID lights are sometimes difficult to install. Did you install yourself? I would check the Ballast and starter to make sure that they are not crossing on anything or that they are wired correctly. A HID bulb burns quite hot and it the surrounds of the bulb are ot suited they tend to keep heat and stay on after power is gone to them. What wattage bulbs are you runnning? 4200k? 5800k? Check wiring 1st and then check heat from bulbs when car is off. Come back and let me know.
