I have power for pcm crank fuse and power to crank relay but no power at abs/pcm fuse or bcm clustr fuse i have removed dash and instrument panels to gain access to wiring harness so I do not know if the theft light is coming on when key is turned or not when the key is in the on or start position i hear nothing. please help

The whole idea of putting fuses in line is to be the weak link and blow before wires get damaged. Somehow it may have been over-fused especially since it melted up wires. Now as I see it the only thing to do is get all damaged wires fixed, soldered in with proper gauge wire and strapped back in place then diagnosing this will be more meaningful. With it all messed up now there's just no telling. One hot wire could have melted another so gotta go look and fix. Right wire, soldered, strapped in proper place and shrink wrap over splices, T
