I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum V6 wagon. The turn signals, horn, wiper blades, high/low lights arent working. I have checked ALL fuses and relays. What could be the problem?
Thanks for any help!

One post please - the other is gone. Just how did you check fuses and relays? With a test light for power or looking at them? Anything done recently that involved wiring or steering column at all?

While looking at them, I used a test light and checked for power. No recent work. Just stopped working all of a sudden.

That one uses a front control module (FCM) to operate those items. You'll need a high end scan tool to see if codes are stored, to communicate with the FCM, and do some bidirectional control to isolate the issue.

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
