The turn signals, horn, wiper blades, high/low lights arent working. I have checked ALL fuses and relays. What could be the problem? Thanks for any help! Just how did you check fuses and relays? With a test light for power or looking at them? Anything done recently that involved wiring or steering column at all? No recent work. Just stopped working all of a sudden. You'll need a high end scan tool to see if codes are stored, to communicate with the FCM, and do some bidirectional control to isolate the issue.
