2006 Nissan Altima windshield washer pump

Having trouble diagnosing the problem - washer fluid won't pump. Fuse is OK but washer pump is not getting power???

General + questions: Do wiper come on when you request washer at all? If not that's the first place to look.
If they do and no fluid or pumping follow wire for what's missing - you said power but needs ground too to work. Remember that near all I ever saw wiper motor must be running or no power sent on to pump,
