I have a 2007 ford escape. About a month ago it randomly started not starting. At first it would click a bunch so I got a new battery, it has stopped clicking but still wont start.
*It will randomly not start, usually after a few short drives.
*It makes absolutely no sound when I turn the key, but lights and dash come on.
* I can jump start it to work, usually takes a few minutes but I have yet to not be able to get it started.
*Usually when I jump start it, its good for a few more "starts" then the problem will repeat its self.
Brand new battery and 6 month old alternator

If it starts with a jump start, then the problem is likely right at the battery. You need to removed the cables and clean everything real good with a wire brush. Have the battery and charging system tested, preferably at the moment you are having a problem.

When I got a new battery I had them take a look. Nothing is rusted and the terminals are all free of rust.

Well, there is no question you have a low voltage issue at the battery when it won't start.

Do you think it is like a wiring problem? I have had it looked at and they said it was the starter, however you usually can't jump start a bad starter as far as I know.

Hammer Time's first reply says what you would do for that. That's a strong clue of battery is unable to deliver enough power (amps) to starter. You need to know all connections are known good as well as the u-bolts right at the battery and test the battery and charging system it apparently isn't what you've already replaced - new doesn't mean that part is good or was the problem to begin with. Just blaming starter now is premature.
Test the new parts with battery known charged and good. He already said that. If your help just want to keep tossing parts find better help (mechanic),
