2008 Toyota Prius Headlight Problem

I turn on the headlights, and both come on. The driver's side seems a little "blue" - passenger side is whiter. Same with high or low beam. After a couple of minutes, the driver's side headlight goes out.
Is that the bulb, or something else?

jaa; This is surely still under warranty? I suppose it 'could be' a faulty headlamp, but you shouldn't have to deal with it. See the dealer.
