2009 Dodge Caliber SXT. I changed the battery in my remote and now it does not open the doors. Battery is good. I put the old battery back in and it did not work either.

I know this sounds stupid, but is the battery in upside down? Inspect the battery connections inside the remote and make sure they are not damaged or broken off the printed circuit board.

I did actually check to make sure the battery was in right and opened it a few times. Just makes me wonder why it didn't work when I put the old battery back even tho it was working before I changed it.
