2009 chevrolet equinox lt-v6-3.4l 200,000M I have a 2009 chevy equinox with 200,000 miles (its a lot i know) and ive been having electrical issues on and off with this vehicle but most of the time we can fix it. well about 3 months ago we got a brake/ABS lite lighting up. so we took it to a mechanic and they replaced all but one of the wheel sensors and said it was fine. Not even a day later the dials on the dash start going haywire and then they stop working for awhile and then i get kicked out of drive on and off and i cant get it back into drive unless i go to low and then shift back. not to mention the auto locks keep going off.... so at this point any ideas even would be helpful,

Since you just picked up the vehicle the 1st thing to do would be to go back to the shop that did the repairs, tell them (nicely) what you said here and have them look it over. While it is possible something was disturbed during the repair, it's just as possible something else, unrelate has failed. After that, as with any electrical problem, you always test the battery 1st, clean all the cables and connections and do a good visual over everything, paying close attention to the harnesses, looking for signs of damage, oil intrusion, moved in any way,,,, anything that might have caused an issue
