2009 ford focus fuse box

how do i get to my inside passenger fuse box? i located it under the dash just left and above the brake pedal but i cant get my hand up in there. my dash lights went out and thought id check the fuse. thanks for the help

If you have located it, then you just access it right where it is. It doesn't move.
