my power windows work but it takes 3-5 minutes before they do. when i first start my car none of the windows function and the switches are not illuminated. after 3-5 min of car running the lights will come on and all windows are functioning. this is every control switch in the car and is getting to be a little annoying as i dont know where to start digging other than the main grounding points. please any help will be great....

The main power supply comes from a circuit breaker so that is not real likely to be the problem. If this is a touring model, all the switches are actually modules and everything is managed by the main switch/module.
