2012 Dodge Journey
My left inner tail light and reverse light will not work when the car is on (acc/run). I've checked the bulbs and fuses and they are fine. However, when the car is off and I have lights turned on, the tail light works.
Also, when I noticed the light problem, my rear wiper stopped working. Come to find out, only when I have the rear wiper on and I am in reverse, it works.
It is really bugging me and I don't want to have to pay a ton of money if I can fix it myself.

Do you have a plain test light and know how to test for 12V power and ground?
Left side only issue and wiper probably lack a ground or trying with a lousy connection. Need to test for ground if with a test light with it empowered so it lights when it is grounded,
