Check all fuses both underhood and inside. Make sure all ground cables are attatched to both the engine and the body.

The neutral safety switch can prevent the starter from engaging but that would have nothing to do with not having power in the cab. That can only be a burnt fusible link, bad connection somewhere or bag ignition switch. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

did you have any power at all? I think I am having the same problem. I did some tranny work and now the truck wont do anything. no lights no radio no horn anything. The only thing I can do is crank it with the solenoid but it wont start. I replaced everything just like you did. Please if you had the same problem let me know. Thank you Bill

don't piggyback another post. Start a separate one. Swilly put a jumper cable from a shiny part of the motor to the ground terminal of the battery, making sure all connections are clean. If it runs at all differently then you know the grounds are an issue
