I have no spark and have eliminated everything to the igniter and the ECU. I have no power to the yellow and green wire at distributor plug at start-up. How can I test igniter and ECU?

Did you make sure that the distributor rotor spins when you crank the engine?

Which wires? There is no yellow and green wires. There is blue with a yellow tracer wire and a blue with a green tracer wire. Is that what you mean?

Did you see if there were any codes in the ECU? There should be a blue connector underneath the dash by the glove box that you jumper. The check engine light will flash any stored codes in a single or two digit format after the connector is jumpered and the ignition is turned on.

In the 7 wire connector at the distributor there is a yellow with green stripe.

check for stored ECU codes as stated above. The yellow/green wire is the circuit that is used by the ECU to control the ignition timing to the ignitor. The signal it produces can't be checked with a volt meter and requires an oscilloscope.

If the signal on the circuit is missing, that could mean the ECU isn't getting the information from the sensors in the distributor, the ECU isn't powered up, the ECU or has an internal problem.

Checking for codes would tell you have the ECU is powered up and able to run diagnostics.

Make sure the computer ground by the thermostat housing is clean and tight.
