any idea what is shorting out my fuse for my power windows, door lock and dome lite? The fuse is located under the dash on the passenger side of the car...It is kinda under the glove compartment...

You’ll have to isolate the different circuits to find out which one is blowing the fuse and then find out why that one circuit is doing it.
I know that this isn’t of much help but a short to ground causing a fuse to blow is kind of a search and rescue type of job. You keep looking until you find the cuase.
It could be anything from a bad window motor, to a switch or a pinched wire. Start disconnecting things until the fuse holds and then go from there.
