Did both windows stop at once from all switches? Are you capable of testing the electrical circuit? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You will need to test a whole lot more than current coming through. Those switch reverse polarity to reverse direction so you always have to look for power and ground. The best way is to remove the door panel and test for power and ground right at the motor to determine if you have to go into more depth at the switches. When you lose both at once, the problem usually originates at the master switch.
