hey, my friend drive a 1995 chevy lumina LS V6 3.1L, 4doors, front wheels drive. when he hit the 4ways flasher light the front and signals light work all without problem. but when he hit the brake #3 light work, #1 not work i search for the problem it from #4 switch inside the steering wheels i fix the problem by putting tissues paper behind the switch stick #4. i look carefully from the switch hole but i didn't see any screw to tie it. it can be fix or leave it like this. if anyone know this new age problem, please tell me how to fix it, I will appreciate that. _________________________________________ I'm chasing to freedom in new york city.

You most likely have a bad combination switch in the steering column. It's pretty common in that car and causes that issue. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

No, you replace it with a new one. It's not repairable.
