'95 crown vic ignition wire support Sign In

Hello, I have a 95 crown vic base 4.6L I plan to replace the ignition wires and the plastic support that keeps the wires off the alternator is broken on both ends. Ford says it's no longer available. I wanted to try to obtain one by other means but I don't know what it's actually called. I would call it a "crossover support" or something like that. If anyone knows what to search for I'd be appreciative.

Thanks.

Someone has to make this aftermarket by now. That really holds wires in place and out of harm's way.

Not sure who but I find NAPA helpful, sometimes them and places like Autozone have a line of parts of common stuff in stock so common it's worth making. Switches, door handles and assorted stuff.

If not off to the junkyards for what they might have and willing to let you pluck off an engine if still whole?

Sorry for two post in case you read the last already. I would call that a wiring "loom" holder at the alternator might show a place the picture as other holders may be totally generic just a comb of sorts to hold wires on assorted vehicles.

There were bazillions of these made and can't believe this isn't available to fit just like a new one by someone,
