For the past month or so, the problem was that if my headlights were on, my blinkers and tail lights wouldn't work. The problem has gotten progressively worse, and now my tail lights are ridiculously faint, like a flashlight with an almost dead battery. The headlights still work fine, as do the front running lights when I take off the parking brake. Radio, interior lights, horn, brights, they all work fine. I tried new bulbs and swapping fuses and relays with no luck. I replaced the headlight switch, and still no luck.

My best guess is that it's a bad ground or something, but I have no idea where to look or what to look for. I just don't know that much about trucks. Any advice on what I should do next?

Sounds like you have a bad ground that feeds those lights. Look around the back of the truck for a ground harness, probably around the left rear frame rail.

Dumb question - what would that look like? I don't know much about electrical.
