99 Olds Intrigue 3.5 90K the turn signal indicator on one side clicks at twice the normal rate, but the light doesn't always blink. Basically the lights on that one side don't always workUnsure so I'm wondering if should replace the lights (they come as a single unit) or is there some relay I can replace? The wiring for the lights leads up to a fuse box, but I don't see anything related to the turn signal in there. Please help! The cops are on to me!

You likely have a bulb out somewhere on the fast side.

Turns out the bulb was fried and was arcing because of the dampness, so we put some bulb grease in the socket when we put in the new bulb.
