I push the lock button on either door and the doors lock, at the actuator I have 12Volts on the gray wire and 0volts on the tan. I push the unlock button on either side and the doors do not unlock and I get 12volts on gray and 12volts on the tan wires at the actuator. Need help.

Here’s a wiring diagram that may help sort this out for you.
As in all wiring diagrams the switches or relays in a diagram are always drawn in the rest position.
Have a look at this diagram and you’ll notice that both switches when at rest are connected to a path to ground. When you push the switch to lock or unlock you are removing one path to ground and now applying power to that side of the circuit; in turn popping the lock locked or unlocked.
With you having power to both the gray and tan when you try to unlock; somebody has lost there at rest path to ground. Whether it is one of the switches or an open in one of the interconnecting wires you’ll have to trace down.
Hope this is of some help????
Dan.
