Automatic rear lift gate trouble

09 town and country, 3.8 with 230,000 miles
My automatic rear lift gate will only open with my key fob and overhead buttons, it will not close using any buttons, I’m figuring there is some sensor for this but don’t know where it’s located, can anyone help me ?

You're going to need an OEM level scan tool that can communicate with the liftgate module. There will likely be codes there to point you in the right direction for a starting point.
