BMW 1 Series E87 Rear Wiper no longer working

Hi all,
Rear wiper for my 1 series is no longer working. I have swapped the fuses thinking this could be it but doesnt seem to have fixed it.
Any common issues or possible fixes?

There is never, ever anything simple with German electrical circuits.
