2016Mercedes BenzGLC 300v8?90000 miles
The drivers master control rolls both front windows and driver side back window all the way up and down. The passenger side back window only would roll down from the front. I would have to roll it up again from the actual button on the back passenger side door.
I had a battery issue a few days ago and it was replaced.
Today I accidently lowered it about an inch and neither control would raise it. I noticed the cchild lock for back windows was on and upon trying to turn it off so i couldnt use the switch on the back door to raise window, i found i could not turn the safety lock off. Yet why did it go down with this lock on?
i tried to do some reset i saw and wound up rolling the window all the way down with the drivers side master control for that window.
Now my window is stuck all the way down.
I am at a complete loss.
Is there a way i can roll the window up manually?
I appreciate any advice...Thank you.

I'm afraid you're going to be way over your head here. This car has multiple body modules called SAMS that control windows and without the right equipment you'll be just spinning your wheels.
