1999 Durango, hooked up battery cables wrong, could be as simple as a fuse or alternator or maybe computer. Vehicle sat for a month not started in winter, came home, bought new battery, dark out, hooked it up wrong, it started but made weird buzzing sound, turned it off, reconnected cables the right way, started but soon battery was dead, bought new battery hooked up the right way but gauges inside bouncing all over the place. could drive it, but again bouncing everything. Brand new battery died, replaced all battery cables and bought new battery again, replaced main fuse, still bouncing gauges and battery dead. Computer was new in 2008, alternator new in 2008. im sure the alternator is fried and needs to be replaced but what else needs to be done? ty in advance for all help
