Blown Headlights on a 2003 Malibu Sign In

A few days ago my driver-side headlight went out, and last night my passenger-side light went as well, the brights still turn on and the running lights are on as well, but not the headlights themselves.

I'm having it checked out at Autozone and I'm to install the bulbs before work, but I just wanted to be sure of what I'm looking for, so I included some photos for reference.

Re: Blown Headlights on a 2003 Malibu Sign In

Before you get too excited it's entirely possible especially since two went at different times that they are just plain blown and need new ones.

If known original or older I don't see any harm in tossing them anyway. They only last so many hours of use and get used the most - (low beams) except for the DRL which may be longer life and separate.

Look at packaging. The last time I checked most stated longer or shorter life for the higher performance ones quite clearly.

Some may always use low beam along with when high beams are used - can't know every set up. Nice pics.

Now I want to know how you've kept or fixed the lenses to look as good as they do? Absolutely NOTHING I've tried has worked for any time at all just better for a short time,
