CAN SOMEONE HELP? alternator

I HAVE A 2003 FORD 4.6 (REBUILD DOHC ENGINE) COBRA I'VE GOT A 200 AMP ALTERNATOR THAT WILL NOT TURN MY WHIPPLE SUPERCHARGER, CAN I UP THE AMP TOO 250 OR 300 AMPS WITHOUT FRYING THE CAR?
ADDED FEATURE: 6" K&N HEADERS
K&N COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM
DIABLO CHIP
STRAIGHT SHOTGUN EXHAUST SYSTEM (loud mouth pipes)
IT WILL NOT TURN THE SUPERCHARGER

By "supercharger" I assume you mean some stupid radio designed to shake buildings as you drive by. Throw that thing away before you fry everything in the car.

Maybe it is the electric leaf blower style of supercharger...

So apparently he really is talking about a real supercharger.
What that has to do with an alternator, I have no idea.
