Can’t roll down windows, adjust side mirrors Sign In

I had the door on my 2007 cobalt replaced because someone blew a stop sign and hit it. But now I can’t adjust my side mirrors, lock or unlock the doors, or roll the windows down (window issue is on all doors). I also cannot hear the clicking noise when the turn signal is on (not that that is a big issue). I’ve tested the fuse for the power window and it works fine.
When I turn the ignition to “ACC”, I can adjust the side mirrors and unlock/lock the doors, but the motors for all windows just makes a noise and don’t do anything. When I actually turn the key all the way, none of these things work.
Not sure if it’s relevant but the radio and wipers work fine.

What could the problem be, and is it something I’m able to fix with very limited car experience or should I just take it back to the body shop?

Was this a "plug and play" door matching yours exactly?
Who chose this door from where? Sounds like a flooded donor car (maybe) nothing electrical is going to behave,

SO YES, TAKE IT BACK, not my job but shop should inspect what they got used take or reject but shouldn't make it that far from good salvage places,
