my 93 Chevy C1500 truck 4.3 stall sometime when I come to a stop my check engine light give me a code 22 low voteage at the TPS I geting 4.33 V but when I ground my test meter at some other gound I get 5V can I run a new ground wire to the TPS without harming anything?

I don’t know if you’ll harm anything but you won’t accomplish anything either.
The sensor is grounded through the ECM (computer) and this ground circuit is shared with a few other sensors; so if the ground were bad you would be setting other codes along with the TPS.
You’ve got three wires at the TPS.
Gray: reference voltage from the ECM approximately 5Volt.
Black: sensor ground.
Dark blue: signal return.
At closed throttle you should have approximately .5 (1/2) of a volt and at wide-open throttle you should have approximately 4.5 volts on the signal return circuit.
During the transition from closed to wide-open throttle there should be an even consistent change in voltage in relation to how fast or slow you move the throttle.

Thank you I recheck the reading it only do this now and then when the motor is hot
