Unless you know how to troubleshoot the circuit using a wiring diagram, there isn't a whole lot you can do. I don't know how you can say the dimmer works fine if there are no dash lights. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Check the TAIL LPS fuse 20 amp. If fuse is good, check for power on both sides of it. Does this have trailer lights adapter, if the fuse is blown? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

No problem. Ya, do a visual of the wiring. If the van has an alarm system it could be tied into the parking lamp circuits, so that is a place to check too. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
