Engine cooling fan keeps running Nissan Serena

The engine cooling fan on my Nissan Serena keeps running when the car has only been started and stopped again and is still cold the only way i can stop it is to disconnecting the battery terminal otherwise it runs the battery down , Any answers please.

Not even a model year listed!
OK - What can make certain things continue to work or not work at all is a relay stuck that is always empowered. Chase power backwards if need be to find the source problem.
Codes may really help with this and many problems as a direction if nothing obvious,
