Those fuses are powered directly from the ignition switch on the pink wire with the key on. See if the ignition fuse #11 and the A/C cruise fuse are powered because they share the same power supply. If they are powered, then the problem is in the fuse box itself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
