Fuse Block and Turn signal reay Sign In

Hi, I recently puchased a 1991 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme with a 3.1 liter V-6 with 75.000 miles on the odometer. I do not have a Owners manual as of yet and would like to know the location of the dashboard lights fuse and the turn signal relay ( Blinker). The left turn signal doesn't work although the right signal does. additionally the temperture control cluster lights do not come on and the dimmer slide switch, (reostat) isn't working. I suspect it may be a blown fuse or fuses.

The instrument cluster lamp fuse is #5 (10A); The turn signal flasher should be to the right of the steering column, under the dash. If you turn the right turn signal on, you should be able to listen to the clicking and locate it by that. (Be sure all lamps are working. If a lamp is burned out, the remaining one will illuminate, but won't blink). It is possible that one side of the flasher can go bad.
